How we got started
Net-Com (92) Limited was created in 1992 to specialise in the installation and support of all forms of network cabling and associated services. Netcom92 operates from Harlow, Essex, which is ideally situated to cover London, Essex, Hertfordshire and the surrounding home counties on a day to day basis but with our ever growing workforce, we are also more than happy to be able to offer full cover for all services throughout the UK and Europe.
With over 70 years combined experience in design, installation and support, we provide a fast, friendly and reliable service. Where required, we can offer a complete “one stop” shop service covering voice and data, and electrical requirements, resulting in project continuity.
Full ongoing after sales service provides the final element in ensuring complete customer satisfaction. We are constantly striving to achieve perfection by combining high-quality customer facing project management, professionally trained engineers and full testing and documentation facilities.
Netcom92 has now been an ISO 9001 registered firm for a number of years offering full respect for the concept of the commitments required for this certification.
The Netcom92 team is core to our business. We run our own engineer development programme with new trainees receiving a combination of theoretical and practical on the job training over a period of three years. For qualified engineers, on-going training is provided in order to keep up with ever-changing technology standards.
Where we are today
Netcom now has an engineering team of 20+ field engineers covering all services from electrical, data cabling, fibre installations, desk installations and air conditioning, we are able to offer a complete and totally unique service throughout the ICT and education and corporate sector. Customer service is still our number·one priority and each and every client is provided with the best service for great value.
