Netcom92 Case Studies

In November 2008 Netcom92 were approached by a superior development company 'Joel Special Projects' to carry out the design and installation of a full house Audio Visual and Lutron lighting package to be integrated into a very impressive £10m+ property located within Hampstead, West London.

Working closely with the two Directors of the company we worked for 6 weeks to create a package which was both impressive and useable to suit the superior quality to which the property was to be finished.

In December 2008, Netcom92 were awarded the contract despite competing with a number of other companies which were also looking at winning this project.

Due to our impressive knowledge and overwhelming enthusiasm regarding the design aspect on the Audio Visual and Lighting package Netcom92 were also approached by 'Joel Special Projects' to carry out the full electrical installation, Door entry, Cinema rooms including seating and joinery and automated access gates.

As we had never met or dealt with each other before, this was a big gamble from both parties due to the overall size of the project reaching beyond £100k.

We are now 3 months into the project which seems to e going exceedingly well. Working with Joel Special Projects is working well and as a result, we have been advised that we will be working on their next project!!

  • Integrate Sky system into the AV solution
  • Door entry (audio & visual BPT)
  • Entire electrical requirments
  • Specialist lighting using Lutron Homeworks throughout
  • Heating and air conditioning wiring
  • Wireless and wired data/voice cabling and active equipment
  • Supply and install wall mounted TVs into each room
  • Supply and programme Nevo remote
  • Supply and setup stand-alone systems within some rooms to allow old TVs to show digital and produce superior sound
  • Integrate CCTV system on the the AV solution allowing viewing of all cameras around the property to any TV

the job has gone so well that we have now been requested to provide a Cinema solution within the basement area to compliment this impressive house.
