With many years experience installing and fault finding behind us Netcom92 are able to pass our experience to our field services offering exceptional fault finding and performance testing on all sorts of copper and fibre installations and networks.

No matter what the fault is, we have a tool to find it and the skills to repair it. These faults may range from a rodent damaged fibre cable to a damaged contact within an RJ45 socket or a crushed co-axial cable.

With our investment into specialised testing equipment and training we can clarify the fault and damage incurred and carry out the repairs within an agreed timescale.

The importance of your cabling network is sometimes taken for granted until a fault occurs; this is when you realise that your cabling infrastructure is at the core of your network. No matter how much you spend on servers and hardware, nothing will work without the cabling connections.

 

Due to our extensive commitments to service and to the ever changing network cabling performance testing equipment on the market we are able to offer performance testing as and when required. The following circumstances may prompt the requirement for performance testing.

• Regular interval testing (annually)
• When the network is not performing as it should be
• You may be looking to take over an office with existing cabling and would like to confirm that it meets the requirements
• Construction work may have recently been carried out and you require confirmation that the cabling has not been damaged during the works
• Requirement for piece of mind

Whether it be a damaged fibre cable, a copper cable which needs to be traced or performance tested to guarantee the standards for new hardware which is required, we can carry out the relevant testing and provide the results to you in hard and soft copy stating performance compliance to the relevant governing body (i.e. ANSI, TIA and BS.)
Alongside this service we are also able to provide ‘as installed’ CAD drawings fully marked up with corresponding outlet ID and the and cable routes providing and invaluable fault diagnosis solution for today’s technology and tomorrows solutions
